01. Account Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including your legal phone number (+234 format). Multiple accounts created by a single user to abuse referral systems or platform bonuses are strictly prohibited.
02. Referral Program & Bonuses
Our multi-tiered referral system allows users to earn bonuses through valid referral codes. Attempting to exploit referral systems through self-referrals, fake phone numbers, or automated bots will result in instant termination of all involved accounts and forfeiture of accrued balances.
03. Account Security & Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 99tegchat is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, shared passwords, or compromised devices.
04. Prohibited Activities
- Using automated scripts, bots, or cheats on any gaming feature.
- Attempting to breach, reverse engineer, or exploit server infrastructure.
- Harassing other players or abusing platform chat channels.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
05. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Terminated accounts lose all access to funds and platform services.
06. Modifications to Service
99tegchat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update platform policies, reward structures, or terms of service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
